    IDONGESIT Uko, LL.B (Hons.), BL

    He was called to Nigerian Bar in 1995 and has been in active legal practice since becoming a lawyer. He worked for years in Chief Mike  Ozekhome’s Firm. He is a specialist in Appeals, Constitutional,
    Admiralty, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Commercial Law. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Institute of Maritime and Commercial Law, Lagos State University, Ojo. He is presently the Head of Port Harcourt Office.


    1 Peter Williams OLOMOLA, LL.B (Hons.) (Lagos), BL

    He was called to the Bar in 1998 and has been in active legal practice since then. He practiced in K.O. Tinubu & Co. and the Chambers of C.O.I. Joseph, SAN. He joined Afe Babalola & Co. in 2002. He specializes in Commercial, Land and Company Law, Legal Drafting and Conveyancing and General Appeals. He is of the Lagos office of the Law Firm.

    He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and was called
    to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. He is at the Lagos office of the Firm.


    3 ABIMBOLA OLAWUMI-AROWOSEBE (MRS.) LL.B., B.L. LL.M., MCIArb.

    She graduated from the University of Ado-Ekiti with a Second Class (Upper Division) Degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Member – Canadian Institute of Conflict Resolution, Member – Alternative Dispute Resolution of Canada, Member – Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration and a member of the Association of
    International Arbitrators. She has extensive experience in election petitions, energy, oil and gas, land law, commercial litigation, water law and also a seasoned Arbitrator. She is of the Ibadan office of the firm.


    4 ADEBUSOLA ODUKOMAIYA (Mrs.) LL.B., BL LL.M., ACIArb.

    She graduated from the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. She has since then been involved in active practice, with specialisation in general litigation, Company and
    Commercial Law, Taxation, Debt Recovery, Corporate Governance, Administration and Consultancy. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (UK), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria. She also holds a Master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from University of London.   She is in the Lagos Office of the firm.


    5 OLAYINKA FADAIRO (MRS.), LL.B., B.L. LL.M., ACIS ACIArb.

    She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and has since earned a Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK).
    She has been in active practice since 2009 and is with the Lagos office of the firm.


     J212  BAMIKOLE MARTINS ADULOJU, LLB (Hons.), B.L.

    BAMIKOLE MARTINS ADULOJU is from Ekiti State Nigeria. He had his secondary education at Christ’s School Ado-Ekiti Ekiti State and had his legal education at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria where he bagged his first degree in Law (Bachelor of Law—LLB) in 2007 and thereafter proceeded for the requisite legal professional training at the Nigerian Law School after which he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He did his mandatory NYSC in Adamawa State.

    Since his call to the Bar, Mr. Aduloju has been engaging in active litigation. He started his legal practice in the law firm of Messrs Rickey Tarfa & Co., from where he resigned to join his long-admired law firm— Afe Babalola & Co in January 2013. Mr. Aduloju has special bias and expertise in oil and gas law, taxation, international arbitration and chieftaincy matters. He is also well exposed to all aspects of civil and criminal litigation.

    Mr. Aduloju is a passionate researcher whose only hobby is writing, in pursuit of which he has authored more than six law books of international reference; the last being “Encyclopaedia of Civil Rules and Practices of Superior Courts in Nigeria”. In November 2013, Mr. Aduloju completed his post-graduate study in Masters of Law from Scotland where he graduated with Merit as an expert in oil and gas taxation.


    7 OPEYEMI MICHAEL BABALOLA Esq., BSC (Pet Engr.); M.SC (Eng. Mgt.); LL.B.
    (Hons) Buckingham; LL.M. DundeeHe was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He possesses years of experience in Engineering after his first degree in Petroleum Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering Management.

    He is a litigation lawyer specializing in Petroleum and Energy law. He holds a LL.B. (Hons) from University of
    Buckingham and a Masters Degree in law in Petroleum Law from University
    of Dundee. He is of the Abuja office of the firm.


    8  CHUKWUDI MADUKA, LL.B. (Hons) LL.M. (IBADAN), B.L.

    Mr. Maduka graduated from the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He joined Afe Babalola & Co. immediately after his call to the bar. He has a Master’s Degree in Law
    from the University of Ibadan. He specialises in company and commercial law litigation and has been involved in election petition matters. He is of the Ibadan office of the firm.


    9 OMOTAYO FOLASADE AWOMOLO (Mrs ), LL.B. (Hons) LL.M, (IBADAN) B.L.

    She is a product of the University of Abuja, Gwagwalada, FCT, where she bagged her LL.B. degree in 2008. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. She also obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 2012. She worked with the law firm of J.S. Okutepa & Co., Makurdi, before joining Afe Babalola & Co. in 2011. She specilises in intellectual property and human rights. She is in the Ibadan office of the firm.


    10  KELLY OGHENERO OGBE, LL.B. (Hons) LL.M (Ibadan), B.L.

    He graduated from the University of Ibadan, in 2008 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He also obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Ibadan in 2012. He worked with the law firm of Agbaje, Agbaje & Co., Ibadan before joining the law firm of Afe Babalola & Co in 2012. He specializes in General Litigation with special interest in Election Petition, Corporate Litigation, Labour Matters and Arbitration. He is in the Ibadan office of the firm.
